Very poor customer service. First time, they gave me prices then stopped replying when I was ready to buy. Today I asked twice if delivery was available and got Bro come and collect. Felt like I was asking for a favor, not trying to pay for a part.

Trustworthy, Quality work! I have been going there with my Audis for over 8 years now! They are experts on German cars and know their work well. Probably the ONLY car workshop (and Mr. Burhan) which i would trust with my eyes closed! They focus on the issue without any add-ons! Very Honest and true to their commitment! I have had issues that the dealership couldn't fix but were done successfully here! the reception teams are also wonderful and always greet with a smile & keep you updated on the progress! If your car is out of warranty and you want peace of mind, this is the ONLY place you should ever go to!

Guys don't bother thinking and don't lose your money with many semi garages . Come straight here, relax and save your money. You don't need to come back again for the same issue, one visit is enough to solve the problem. Especially when you meet Engineer Burhan, make sure you are in good hands Thank you Eng. Burhan

I had a great experience with this workshop. They did an excellent job on my car and finished everything quickly and professionally. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail — the owner even asked the staff to clean my car, which was a very nice touch. The service is outstanding and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended! 💜

Bit over priced for the services. I asked if the parts that they used, were made in Germany. But they used Chinese parts in my BMW. Seemed reasonable at first but the charges multiply quickly.

very bad behavior from Burhan, i gave the car for repair in the begging they gave a quotation and i agreed, after few days they informed that there’s another parts needs to be changed, he had not tell me that he’ll charge another additional labor charges for this, every part he changed he charged different labor charges?? parts changed was for 1800 aed and he charges 4000 aed labor charges for fixing a 1800 aed parts??? really?? while asking him why this much high charges he became very rude and said “i want to finish this headache “ he was pointing me very rudely that my car is very bad and if he knew he would never accept my car to be checked at the workshop!!! really!! i feel bad because of the words he said to me and i hope the money he took from me will be spent somewhere where he cannot feel the halal of this money, this is haram money and i paid it with no good intention because it was by force otherwise i can’t pick up my car from them. hasbunallah wa na’ama al wakeel.

I am genuinely disappointed with my experience. The first time I called, no one answered. When I called again, someone who spoke Arabic picked up, but after I explained my request, the call was abruptly ended. I assumed it might have been a technical issue. I tried calling again, and someone answered but left the line open without responding. On my next attempt, someone answered, then put me on hold, and eventually hung up. Btw i tried to call now after some times he respond i told him my experience he didn’t try to solve !!

Muhammad Umair

I was highly impressed with the quality of the German-manufactured parts they are clearly durable, well-engineered, and built to last. Equally impressive was the service I received from the staff. Every team member I interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured that I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find both excellent products and outstanding customer service in one place.😍

**Excellent Service and Support!** I recently had the pleasure of working with WAQAR for spare parts, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. WAQAR was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. If you're looking for someone who knows their stuff and genuinely cares about helping you, WAQAR is the person to go to. Highly recommended

Deepu was very helpful in terms of assisting me and gave the correct parts.

I purchased an OEM spark plug for my BMW, but one arrived cracked. They replaced it, but within five minutes of installation, one started to fail. When I tried to return it, they refused, stating it was an electrical part. I paid 75 AED for each plug, but I doubt they are genuine . Now, I’m checking with NGK to verify if these plugs are genuine.
