very bad behavior from Burhan, i gave the car for repair in the begging they gave a quotation and i agreed, after few days they informed that there’s another parts needs to be changed, he had not tell me that he’ll charge another additional labor charges for this, every part he changed he charged different labor charges?? parts changed was for 1800 aed and he charges 4000 aed labor charges for fixing a 1800 aed parts??? really?? while asking him why this much high charges he became very rude and said “i want to finish this headache “ he was pointing me very rudely that my car is very bad and if he knew he would never accept my car to be checked at the workshop!!! really!! i feel bad because of the words he said to me and i hope the money he took from me will be spent somewhere where he cannot feel the halal of this money, this is haram money and i paid it with no good intention because it was by force otherwise i can’t pick up my car from them. hasbunallah wa na’ama al wakeel.

I am genuinely disappointed with my experience.
The first time I called, no one answered. When I called again, someone who spoke Arabic picked up, but after I explained my request, the call was abruptly ended. I assumed it might have been a technical issue.
I tried calling again, and someone answered but left the line open without responding. On my next attempt, someone answered, then put me on hold, and eventually hung up.

Btw i tried to call now after some times he respond i told him my experience he didn’t try to solve !!

I purchased an OEM spark plug for my BMW, but one arrived cracked. They replaced it, but within five minutes of installation, one started to fail. When I tried to return it, they refused, stating it was an electrical part. I paid 75 AED for each plug, but I doubt they are genuine . Now, I’m checking with NGK to verify if these plugs are genuine.
