Returns and Refunds
We aim to provide you with high-quality auto spare parts, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the auto spare part must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. It must also include all original documentation and accessories.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Auto spare parts that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Special order or custom-made auto parts.
- Electrical components, as they are non-returnable for safety reasons.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at
info@jasp.ae. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.
After receiving the RMA number, please securely package the auto spare part, include the RMA number on the package, and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product during transit). Please send your return to the following address:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned auto part reaches us safely.
Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive the returned auto spare part, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return eligibility criteria. Upon successful inspection, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective auto spare part, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. We may request photo evidence of the damaged or defective item to assist with the resolution process.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed, cancellations may not be possible.
